The potential for change and healing comes from the strong therapeutic alliance built between therapist and client

Do you feel depressed or disconnected?

Do you experience stress, anxiety or panic attacks?

Are you having difficulties in your personal relationships?

Do you have low self-esteem or have you lost your confidence?

Do you say “yes” to others as it’s easier than saying “no”, putting others’ needs ahead of your own?

Do you feel like you have lost your sense of your self or your own identity as an individual?

Have you experienced trauma or a traumatic event that continues to impact your life?

Have you experienced a loss that you are finding difficult to come to terms with?

Are you experiencing health issues which are impacting on your psychological well-being?

Have you experienced physical or emotional abuse or neglect?

Are you managing strong and negative emotions with self-harming behaviour?

Do you have suicidal thoughts?

If you are struggling, you do not need to do it alone. Working together in a warm, supportive and compassionate space, we’ll focus on these areas:

  • Understanding your relationship history, family dynamics and experiences in the world to identify the root of problems.

  • Increasing your self-awareness around how you experience yourself and others, react, think, and feel. Learning that some habitual patterns were often developed in response to stressful or painful events in the past can help you develop greater self-compassion.

  • Carefully examining what patterns feel limiting and how unhelpful patterns continue in your present life.

  • Identifying abilities and opportunities to improve your relationships and shape your environment. We will develop goals and strategies to guide you toward new experiences, develop emotional flexibility and expand your life.

Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.
